abstract | The present invention relates to a method for screening for the treatment of cancer with a reduced function of mitochondria using expression of Claudin-1 (Cln-1). More specifically, It was confirmed that the penetrating activity of cancer cells was increased by the increase of expression of Cln-1. Therefore, in the present invention, it is expected that the mitochondrial function damage contributes to the malignancy of hepatocellular carcinoma, and thus it is expected to provide a new control target for hepatocarcinoma treatment with mitochondrial dysfunction. |
