abstract | The present invention relates to an estherase fusion protein in which a hydrophobic domain involved in membrane binding derived from a membrane binding protein is fused to the N-terminus of estrase, a polynucleotide encoding the fusion protein, a polynucleotide comprising the polynucleotide A vector for expressing a fusion protein, a transformant capable of producing the fusion protein by introducing the vector, and a method for producing the fusion protein using the transformant. The esterase fusion protein of the present invention can be more widely used for the production of omega -hydroxy fatty acids because it can more efficiently decompose long-chain fatty acids and improve the production yield of omega -hydroxy fatty acids. |
