titleOfInvention | Establishment of a GalNAc-T14 Suppressed Cell line and compositions for inhibiting of GalNAc-T14 expressing cancer metastasis |
abstract | The present invention relates to a transformed human non-small cell lung cancer cell line and a lung cancer metastasis inhibiting composition wherein the expression of human GalNAc-T14 protein is suppressed. The transformed cell line of the present invention can be used as a cell line to identify GalNAc-T14 expression and lung cancer metastasis mechanism. Using the association of GalNAc-T14 expression and Wnt signal pathway first identified in the present invention, HOX9 was identified as a target protein capable of inhibiting metastasis in GalNAc-T14 high-grade lung cancer cells, and it is proposed as an anticancer target. On the other hand, it can be expected that the expression of HOXB9 can be inhibited by various Wnt signal antagonists that have been developed and under development by the present invention, thereby controlling the lung cancer metastasis. |
