abstract The present invention relates to a process for producing a functional material, which comprises 5 to 90% by weight of a mineral admixture, 5 to 90% by weight of fine aggregate, 0.1 to 25% by weight of a functional improving agent and 0.1 to 30% 0.1 to 45% by weight of ethylene-ethyl acrylate, 0.1 to 35% by weight of styrene-acrylonitrile, 0.1 to 25% by weight of styrene-methyl methacrylate and 0.01 to 25% by weight of polyvinyl butylal The present invention relates to a mortar composition for repairing a section of a concrete structure and a maintenance method of a section of the concrete structure using the mortar composition. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, it is possible to improve the index performance, self-repair performance, surface hardening, strength and durability by potential hydraulic and pozzolanic reactions. Further, by using a function improver, adhesion, flexural toughness, salt resistance, neutralization resistance and freeze-thaw resistance can be improved. In addition, by using the function improver, the field workability of the mortar composition for repairing the section of the concrete structure can be improved and the early strength can be developed, thereby shortening the construction period and reducing the opening time.
