abstract The present invention relates to a genetic marker for detecting infectious mycorrhagic virus and a method for detecting a virus using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for amplifying a specific nucleic acid of an infectious myonecrosis virus (IMNV) (Peptide Nucleic Acid, PNA), and the temperature of the hybridized product is controlled to obtain a temperature-dependent melting curve. From the melting curve, the infectious mycotic virus is detected from the melting temperature, The present invention relates to a method for confirming whether or not the virus is infected with the virus. According to the present invention, by detecting the infectious myonecrotic virus (IMNV) easily, quickly, and accurately, infection and spread of the virus, which is recognized as the greatest threat to shrimp culture, can be prevented early.
