titleOfInvention | Encephalomyelitis model mice, preparation method thereof, and screening method of therapeutic agent against encephalomyelitis using them |
abstract | The present invention relates to an animal model of cerebrospinal fluid and a method for producing the same. The animal model of cerebrospinal fluid of the present invention is a mouse in which a Crif1 (CR6-interacting factor 1) gene is specifically deleted in a vascular endothelial cell, Induced mitochondrial dysfunction of vascular endothelial cells to reduce vascular endothelial dysfunction and tight junction between vascular endothelial cells, thereby causing collapse of vascular brain barrier, resulting in encephalomyelitis symptoms. In addition, there is provided a method for screening a therapeutic agent for encephalomyelitis using the encephalomyelitis animal model of the present invention. Accordingly, the encephalomyelitis animal model of the present invention is expected to be useful for studying the pathological mechanism of encephalomyelitis, and can be used for screening of a prophylactic and therapeutic agent for encephalomyelitis. |
