abstract The present invention relates to a method for efficiently obtaining a bio-oil containing a high concentration of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid by a physical disruption method without using an organic solvent from a Trout kettled wet cell. The method of extracting bio-oil according to the present invention is expected to be used to eliminate the drying process of the cells from the trout kitted leukocytes and to obtain economically and environmentally friendly high-concentration DHA oil with high efficiency without using an organic solvent do.
