A holding substrate for a solid-state imaging element, which suppresses occurrence of flare and ghost, a method of manufacturing the same, and a solid-state imaging device. The solid-state imaging device includes an image sensor, a circuit board, a holding substrate, an IR cut filter, a photographing lens, a lens holder, and a holding cylinder. The image sensor is mounted on a circuit board. The circuit board is fixed to the holding substrate while the image sensor is inserted into the opening of the substrate main body of the holding substrate, and the side surface of the image sensor is covered by the holding substrate. The IR cut filter is fixed to the holding substrate so as to cover the opening. An image sensor is disposed on the emission surface side of the photographing lens, and an IR cut filter is disposed between the photographing lens and the image sensor. A light shielding layer is formed on the entire inner circumferential surface of the inner wall of the substrate body. The harmful light is shielded by the light shielding layer. |
