abstract The present invention relates to a double-foamed eco-friendly synthetic leather and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention includes: a step of preparing a water-dispersible polyurethane resin; a step of producing an impregnation solution by adding a foaming agent to the water-dispersible polyurethane resin; a step of forming an impregnation base by impregnating a non-woven fabric with the impregnation solution and performing primary foaming; a step of eluting the foaming agent from the impregnation base; and a step of forming a foam coating layer by performing secondary foaming of a foam coating polyurethane resin composition on the impregnation base. According to the present invention, the primary foaming of the non-woven fabric is performed by means of the water-dispersible polyurethane resin and the foaming agent and the foam coating layer formation and secondary foaming are performed by means of the water-dispersible polyurethane resin and the foaming agent again after the foaming agent removal. Accordingly, voluminousness, elastic force, and tactile sense improvement can be achieved. The present invention contains no organic solvent, and thus is capable of reducing organic volatile compound discharge and preventing environmental pollution.
