The present invention relates to an environment-friendly solid fuel using agricultural waste, and a manufacturing method and a manufacturing system thereof. According to the present invention, the environment-friendly solid fuel is manufactured by adding water, starch, silica, and caustic soda as an additive added to charcoal into the charcoal prepared by burning a material formed of one or a combination of at least two of rice husks, peanut hulls, and cotton sticks, wherein the additive including 300 to 500 g of water, 40 to 50 g of starch, 100 to 300 g of silica, and 5 to 30 g of caustic soda is added to 1,300 g of the charcoal. Therefore, an amount of generated carbon dioxide, which is a main cause of global warming during combustion, is small, scattering dust and fine dust due to ash remaining after the combustion are reduced, and the ash remaining after the combustion is recycled as fertilizers or compost, so that a reprocessing cost for reprocessing the ash, which is waste, is unnecessary. |
