abstract | An extracellular vesicle collecting apparatus using an electrode and a porous membrane, and a method of using the same. The extracellular vesicle collection device comprises: i) an upper frame formed with a pair of through holes adapted to receive and flow a buffer solution, ii) a buffer tube inserted into the through holes and adapted to flow a buffer solution therein, iii) Iv) a porous membrane positioned below the upper frame, v) a spacer positioned below the porous membrane and having a hollow space formed therein, vi) a plurality of induction tubes adapted to draw blood into the hollow space, vii A lower frame coupled to the upper frame corresponding to the upper frame and containing therein a porous membrane and spacers, and viii) a cathode provided below the lower frame. The porous membrane is adapted to capture the extracellular endoplasmic reticulum contained in the blood. |
