abstract |
The present invention relates to an improved promoter using a SORLIP element, and a gene expression system including the same. By using a polynucleotide for increasing photoinduction activities, it is possible to remarkably increase photoinduction activities of the light-inducible promoter including the SORLIP element. Additionally, expression of target protein can be effectively carried out while adjusting the expression rate of the target protein via light irradiation, if a transformant of the present invention is used. |
