When the primer according to the present invention is used, it is possible to simultaneously and stably and precisely distinguish phloem and plant such as rhizome, barley, corn, rice, and wheat. It is also expected that the use of species specific primers developed by the method of the present invention will be useful in the analysis of defective and malignant food. |
