abstract |
The present invention relates to a water-soluble overexpression and purification method of a human vascular endothelial growth factor (hVEGF) having a biological activity, and a recombinant expression vector containing a solubility enhancing tag and hVEGF gene is provided do. Also provided is a recombinant microorganism transformed with the recombinant expression vector, and provides a method for producing the hVEGF recombinant protein. The purified hVEGF protein according to the present invention is expected to play an important role as a broad therapeutic agent for angiogenesis related diseases. |
