abstract |
The present invention relates to a culture method for improving the productivity of an effective ingredient of a culture medium of cerporolactacerata, and a lotion or cream for improving atopic dermatitis containing an extracellular polysaccharide (Exopolysaccharide) derived from an extract of a mycelium culture medium and beta-glucan. The cultured mycelial body, concentrate, extracellular polysaccharide and beta-glucan cultured in the culture medium are cultured under the condition of 0-500 rpm for air supply and agitation in the culture step. The present invention relates to a lotion or cream for improving atopy, which comprises a rumen as an active ingredient. It is an object of the present invention to provide a lotion or cream having a high effect for improving atopic dermatitis, which contains a method for preparing a culture medium of Sella lipolas serrata, an extract thereof and a natural substance derived therefrom as an active ingredient. |
