titleOfInvention Polymer nano-conjugate for photodynamic therapy using carbonate linkage and uses thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a polymeric nano-conjugate for photodynamic therapy using a carbonate bond and a use thereof. More particularly, the polymer nano-conjugate is a hydrophobic core having a hydrophilic polymer shell, cholesteryl chloroformate and chlorine e6 bonded thereto The hydrophilic polymer shell increases the intracellular uptake of nanoparticles and the carbonate bond present in the nanoparticle hydrophobic core decomposes under the acidic pH condition of the tumor to cause carbon dioxide bubbles to collapse the polymer nanocomposite To selectively quench the photosensitizer to the tumor to induce the generation of oxygen, and exhibits an improved photodynamic tumor cell killing effect. Since there is almost no toxicity to normal cells, it can be provided as a pharmaceutical composition for effective photodynamic chemotherapy.
