The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing fine particles of monodispersed metal selected from a group composed of iron (Fe), cobalt (Co), tantalum (Ta), molybdenum (Mo), tungsten (W), vanadium (V), and titan (Ti) through a gaseous reaction without a surfactant. According to the method of the present invention, manufacturing fine particles of the monodispersed metal is possible. In addition, the method of manufacturing fine particles of the monodispersed metal is capable of manufacturing the fine metal particles with higher crystallinity and higher purity by controlling additional reaction conditions (reduction speed, gas viscosity, composition of a reactor, and the like). |
