abstract The present invention relates to a method and a system for managing a test strip information of a multi-item measurement inspection device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system comprises: a test strip having an independent information display portion which displays at least one information on a substrate provided with a reagent; an independent information detector which obtains at least one independent information from the independent information display portion; a dependent information memory unit which flexibly stores information dependent on the independent information; and an arithmetic control unit which determines whether the test strip is for measuring a specific item among multiple items through the independent information detected by the independent information detector and obtains a measurement result value by calculating a measurement signal generated in reaction with the reagent of the test strip by using the dependent information stored in the dependent information memory unit.
