titleOfInvention | Recovery Method of Metal of Photovoltaic Ribbon using Mixed Acid |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method to recover metal of a photovoltaic ribbon using mixed acid, and specifically, to a method to recover copper of a photovoltaic ribbon, which comprises: a step of soaking a photovoltaic ribbon in mixed acid which comprises nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid or hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid at the weight ratio of 99 to 1 to 51 to 49 (Step 1); and a step of recovering copper from the photovoltaic ribbon soaked by Step 1 (Step 2). In the method to recover metal of a photovoltaic ribbon using mixed acid of the present invention, when copper of the photovoltaic ribbon is recovered by using mixed acid of the present invention, the mixed acid selectively reacts with lead and tin on the surface of the ribbon, and a user can recover copper which is a major material at a high price. In addition, a user can further recover lead and tin after recovering copper from the ribbon. Therefore, by reusing copper, which is a major material for a photovoltaic ribbon, a user can obtain economic gain and prevent environmental pollution. |
