titleOfInvention | Hot melt adhesive with low application temperature and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | One example of the present invention provides a hot melt adhesive in the form of a composition comprising a copolymer of a starch and a thermoplastic polymer, a plasticizer, a wax and a tackifier. Since the hot-melt adhesive according to the present invention replaces a part of the thermoplastic polymer with an eco-friendly starch, the amount of volatile organic compounds (VOC) generated during the manufacturing process or use thereof is small. Further, the hot-melt adhesive according to the present invention can be applied in a low-temperature environment and has workability and adhesion similar to or superior to conventional hot-melt type commercial hot-melt adhesives. |
