titleOfInvention | Method for improving fluorescence intensity of flow cytometric analysis by localization of a green fluorescent protein into chloroplasts |
abstract | Disclosed is a method for increasing fluorescence intensity in flow cytometry through chloroplast localization. According to the present invention, the use of the method for increasing fluorescence intensity in the flow cytometry through chloroplast localization brings an increase in fluorescence intensity at least 8 times than cytoplasmic localization, as well as an increase in transformation ratio at least more than 4.5 times that that of cytoplasmic localization. In addition, by using the method for increasing fluorescence intensity in the flow cytometry through chloroplast localization, according to the present invention, expression of outstanding fluorescence intensity is possible even with a small amount less than one tenth of an amount of existing DNA (100-130 g) used therefor. |
