abstract | The present invention relates to a composition comprising an essential oil extracted from a country of origin having antioxidant and anti-obesity effects. The essential oil extracted from the country of origin according to the present invention was confirmed by antioxidant activity experiment ABTs radical or DPPH radical scavenging activity. Essential oils of the country are superior to ascorbic acid, a typical antioxidant, and have been shown to be superior antioxidants. In addition, the essential oil of the country was subjected to an experiment to inhibit lipid differentiation using 3T3-L1 cells, which are all adipocytes. As a result, in the experimental group treated with the essential oil of the country, the anti - obesity effect is exhibited because it shows a concentration - dependent inhibitory effect on adipocyte differentiation. |
