abstract |
The present invention relates to a quantum dot solar cell. The disclosed quantum dot solar cell includes a transparent electrode, a metal oxide complex layer arranged on the transparent electrode and including metal oxide particles and metal particles to be mixed with each other; a quantum dot layer arranged on the metal oxide complex layer; and a facing electrode arranged on the quantum dot layer. The present invention increase the efficiency of photovoltaic conversion. |
