abstract | Disclosed is a radiation-sensitive resin composition which can be fired by heating at a low temperature and a short time as suitably used for forming an interlayer insulating film of a flexible display, and has high radiation sensitivity. The present invention relates to an alkali-soluble resin of a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing [A] a monomer containing (a1) an unsaturated carboxylic acid and / or an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride and (a2) an epoxy group- ] 1,2-quinonediazide compound, and [C] a compound having at least two mercapto groups in one molecule, is a radiation-sensitive resin composition for forming an interlayer insulating film.
