abstract |
The present invention provides a bilirubin nanoparticle formed by GAB-assembly of a complex comprising bilirubin and a hydrophilic polymer, its use and preparation method. The bilirubin nanoparticles of the present invention are broken by light or active oxygen stimulation, thereby releasing drugs contained in the bilirubin nanoparticles to the outside. The bilirubin nanoparticles of the present invention exhibit antioxidant activity, anti-angiogenic activity, anticancer activity and anti-inflammatory activity. |
