The present invention relates to an electrode for an electrochemical device and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to an electrode having improved conductivity and density as well as an increased density and a binding force, and a method for producing the electrode. Since the binder, the electrode active material, the conductive agent particles, and the like included in the electrode mixture are manufactured in a close contact with the conventional electrode, an electrode having improved contact force and conductivity can be manufactured. Also, as the electrical conductivity of the electrode is improved, the electrode resistance is reduced and the swelling of the electrode is reduced when the battery is charged / discharged. |
