titleOfInvention | Oil-in-water type emulsion |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide an underwater type emulsion in which separation of oil phase is suppressed by keeping it in a low temperature environment even if the viscosity is 1000 mPa ยท s or more. The present invention provides an underwater type emulsion having a viscosity of 1000 mPa s or more and the following components (A), (B) and (C) as essential components. (A) cationized cellulose, (B) at least one member selected from the group consisting of hyaluronic acid, salts of hyaluronic acid, salts of acetylated hyaluronic acid and acetylated hyaluronic acid, and (C) an alcohol having 5 or less carbon atoms. |
