abstract The present invention relates to a transparent electrode film for a large-scaled transparent OLED, a large-scaled transparent OLED element, and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a large-scaled transparent OLED capable of using a thick metal pattern without risk of leakage current and short circuit and capable of being used as a low resistance auxiliary electrode, a large-scaled transparent OLED including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the transparent electrode film for a large-scaled transparent OLED has effects of using a thick metal pattern without risk of leakage current and short circuit and being used as a low resistance auxiliary electrode, and also forming a high transparent electrode of a wide opening rate since an electrode pattern of a high height-to-width ratio is available. In addition, the large-scaled transparent OLED element and the manufacturing method thereof have effects of obtaining low surface resistance by providing an auxiliary electrode in a transparent upper electrode, and forming a high transparent electrode of a wide opening ratio due to forming the electrode pattern of the high height-to-width ratio.
