The present invention relates to an intelligent crossroad violating vehicle monitoring system which installs at least one camera on a crossroad, collects images taken by the camera, determines violation of law of not only a stopped vehicle waiting for a signal but also a pedestrian using a crosswalk based on state signals and images of a vehicle signal lamp and a pedestrian signal lamp, and performs selective guiding broadcasting or curbing. More particularly, a violating vehicle monitoring system at a crossroad is characterized in comprising: a signal lamp control unit which generates a state signal according to a preset condition, and transmits the state signal to a vehicle signal lamp or a pedestrian signal lamp installed on a crossroad to control traffic; an image providing unit which includes at least one camera, takes images of respective lane areas of the crossroad in real time, and transmits the taken images; a curbing server which controls the image providing unit, receives and stores the state signals transmitted from the signal lamp control unit and the image signals transmitted from the image providing unit, and selectively assigns a vehicle to be curbed from the images of respective lanes depending on the state signals of the vehicle signal lamp or the pedestrian signal lamp; and a unified management server which is connected with the curbing server through a wired or wireless communication network, receives curbing data, which is analyzed and processed in the curbing server, and stores and monitors the curbing data of each region. |
