titleOfInvention Perovskite photovoltaic cell module
abstract Provided is a perovskite solar cell module, comprising: a transparent substrate which is divided into a first cell area and a second cell area; and first and second perovskite solar cells which are formed in each of the first and the second cell area on the transparent substrate, and of which each includes a transparent electrode, an absorption layer consisting of perovskite materials, a metal electrode to which a positive hole is introduced from the absorption layer, and a hole conductive layer interposed between the absorption layer and the metal electrode and delivering the positive hole to the metal electrode. The metal electrode includes a connection unit connected to the transparent electrode included in the second perovskite solar cell, and electrically connecting the first and second perovskite solar cells. In addition, the hole conductive layer includes an insulation unit interposed between the absorption layer and the connection unit, and limiting movements of electrons from the absorption layer to the connection unit while facilitating movements of the positive hole at the same time.
