abstract The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming artificial rain. More specifically, a first and a second balloons filled with helium are combined with a first and a second ropes fixed to a fixing device which is installed and fixed on the ground by group or is installed on a vehicle, for floating the balloons. After floating the first and the second balloons, a third and a fourth balloons floated lower than the first and the second balloons are combined with a screen. Thus, as flowing air passes the screen or flows over the screen, clouds are formed by condensation or adiabatic expansion due to collision of air particles, and condensation nuclei are sprayed at this time. Thus, adiabatically expanded cloud particles are quickly gathered to form rainwater, so rainfall is artificially generated. Accordingly, the apparatus for forming artificial rain using cloud seeding in a condition that clouds are formed or not formed in the air is provided.
