abstract | The present invention relates to a diagnostic kit, in which a diluted solution, which is obtained by dissolving insecticide into volatile organic solvents at diagnostic concentration, is put into cylindrical vessel having a volume of 1-20 ml to be uniformly applied onto an inner surface of the vessel, the volatile organic solvents are volatilized, and moisture is supplied to a filter paper attached inside a cap of the cylindrical vessel, such that the diagnostic kit is manufactured. More particularly, the present invention relates to a diagnostic kit for insecticide resistance of thrips and a diagnostic method using the same, which include determination of sensitivity based on 80% of moritality within 6-10 hours after inoculating the thrips. Since the insecticide for preventing the thrips, which are harmful insects difficult in pest-controlling, is effectively diagnosed in advance, a certain chemical is determined whether the chemical is suitable for the pest-controlling among various chemicals, so that reckless abuse of the chemicals is prevented and active efficiency of the insecticide is improved. |
