abstract | An x-ray detector with an oxide semiconductor transistor is disclosed. An x-ray detector with an oxide semiconductor transistor includes an oxide semiconductor transistor having a channel formed of an oxide semiconductor material arranged in series on a substrate, and a signal storage capacitor and a photoconductor. A pixel electrode and a common electrode are formed on both sides of the photoconductor. The channel is an oxide semiconductor channel made of ZnO or a compound containing at least one selected from Ga, In, Hf and Sn in ZnO. |
