abstract The present invention provides an intraocular pressure (IOP) regulating device for injecting body fluid into the eyeball for use in glaucoma treatment or the like to regulate the intraocular pressure. The intraocular pressure regulating device comprises i) a flap valve, ii) a drain tube connected to the flap valve, and iii) a plurality of hydrogels spaced apart from each other in the drain tube.
