abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of preparing a composition comprising an embryo protein. The method comprises culturing cells in vitro on a two-dimensional or three-dimensional surface of biocompatibility under hypoxic conditions. The present method of cultivation produces both soluble fractions and non-soluble fractions, which can be used individually or in combination to obtain a physiologically acceptable composition useful for a variety of medical and therapeutic applications. |
