titleOfInvention | A porous absorbent using micro-capsulated absorbing material and a manufacturing method of it |
abstract | The present invention relates to a porous absorbent using a micro-capsulated absorbing material and a method of manufacturing the same, and more specifically, to a porous absorbent coated with a plurality of absorbing materials and a method of manufacturing the same, which manufactures a porous absorbent including a plurality of absorbing materials with one coating by preventing a first absorbing material from reacting with a second absorbing material through capsulation of the first absorbing material. Thus, as compared to a manufacturing method of coating an absorbing material repeatedly, a long period of drying time between respective coating steps is not required to increase productivity of an absorbent. Further, the capsulated first absorbing material is allowed to be deeply permeated through pores of a porous structure, and the second absorbing material is coated onto the surface of the porous structure, such that absorbing performance of each of the first and second absorbing material can be fully exhibited. |
