abstract |
The conformal thin film phosphorescent layer is disposed on the surface of a semi-spherical lens, a Fresnel lens, or a microlens array to form a phosphor-coated light extraction structure. Further, a phosphor-converted photonic crystal light-emitting device including a thin film phosphorescent layer is disclosed. A wafer-level packaging process involving a thin film phosphorescent layer is also disclosed herein. |
