titleOfInvention | A binding molecule able to neutralize Hepatitis B virus |
abstract | The present invention relates to a binding molecule that binds to any one or more selected from the group consisting of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) subtypes adw, adr, ayw, and ayr and has a neutralizing activity against hepatitis B virus. Since the binding molecule of the present invention has excellent binding ability to HBsAg, it can bind to all four major subtypes of adw, adr, ayw, ayr of HBV and exhibits a neutralizing effect and exhibits a broad neutralizing effect to various mutant antigens of HBsAg Therefore, it is very useful for prevention and treatment of hepatitis B. |
