The method also includes applying the polymer solution to the electro-optic material to form a plurality of nanofibers on at least one side of the nonwoven mat to form a composite filter media having a minimum filtration efficiency of about 70% measured according to the EN 1822 (1998) And applying the nanofiber layer by blowing radiation.
