abstract The present invention relates to a culture medium of adipose-derived stem cells isolated from a human body. The adipose-derived stem cell culture solution according to the present invention is used as a primary culture medium for primary culturing of adipose-derived stem cells isolated from adipose tissue of a human under hypoxia conditions in which oxygen content is lower than atmospheric conditions, . The primary culture liquid is characterized by comprising a liquid nutrient medium containing glucose, plasma separated from the human body, and platelet rich plasma (PRP) irradiating visible light and a first additive. The subculture comprises a liquid nutrient medium containing glucose, bovine serum mixed at a ratio of 1 to 5 wt% based on the weight of the nutrient medium, a second additive and a reusable culture medium already used as a culture medium for culturing the stem cells .
