titleOfInvention | Water soluble photosensitizer with polysilsesquioxane core and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a photosensitizing agent for water-soluble photodynamic diagnosis and treatment and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a water-soluble polymer TEG dendron and a material capable of absorbing light such as porphyrin (POSS), a photosensitizer for water-soluble photodynamic diagnosis or treatment containing the polymer, and a process for producing the same. According to the present invention, the incorporation of a triethylene glycol dendron into a porphyrin photosensitizer improves the dispersion of the TEG dendron-porphyrin complex in water compared to conventional photosensitizers, Porphyrins prepared by binding to a POSO core can densify TEG dendron-porphyrin bonds by the number of silicon (Si) of POSS, so that the red-shift is absorbed by the interaction of porphyrins with longer wavelengths. And has the advantage of absorbing light over a wider wavelength range. In addition, Porphyrin, which is concentrated in a PBS solvent similar to the in vivo environment, absorbs light and is rendered soluble in PBS (including water) solvent by TEG dendron, thereby effectively producing active oxygen in vivo . This characteristic is commonly held as a light absorbing material, and can be used as a photo-conversion material and a bio-imaging material. |
