abstract The present invention relates to a ventilation system with a carbon dioxide and oxygen collecting module, which can recycle the energy of waste heat. Provided is the ventilation system which comprises: a supply pipe installed in a pen to supply outside air into the pen; an exhaust pipe installed in the pen to discharge greenhouse gas in the pen to the outside; and a heat exchanger arranged on the outer side of the pen and separately connected with the supply pipe and the exhaust pipe. The heat exchanger has an air suction pipe line communicating with the supply pipe and an exhaust pipe line communicating with the exhaust pipe in the heat exchanger, wherein the air suction pipe line and the exhaust pipe line are formed into different pipe lines. The air suction pipe line is provided with an air suction fan, and the exhaust pipe line is provided with an exhaust fan.
