titleOfInvention | Antibody Specific for Acetylated Peroxiredoxin III Protien and Use Thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a peroxiredoxin III protein, more specifically to an antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof to a peroxiredoxin III protein wherein the lysine 254 is acetylated. The antibody of the present invention may be produced as an sFv or Fab antibody due to complete identification of the antigen binding site or may be provided as a whole humanized antibody by recombining with a constant region derived from a human. Since the antibody of the present invention has binding specificity with the acetylated peroxiredoxin III protein, it can be used in combination with other antibodies having different binding specificities to increase the inhibition rate of the acetylated peroxiredoxin III protein in vivo Can be usefully used to regulate. In addition, the antibody of the present invention can be useful for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases mediated by intracellular signal transduction by acetylation of peroxiredoxin III protein. |
