titleOfInvention | Sensor for spectroscopic analysis |
abstract | The present invention relates to a spectral analysis sensor and a method of manufacturing the same. A spectroscopic analysis sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a fiber layer including a plurality of flexible fibers, and a surface plasmon active layer formed on a surface of the plurality of fibers. The spectroscopic analysis sensor enables high-reliability spectroscopic analysis by the high-density surface plasmon active layer, and the flexible fiber layer facilitates securing the target material. |
