abstract A method for producing an organic thin film is disclosed. (1) forming a first organic thin film including a nanorod on a substrate using a first organic solution; (2) forming a second organic thin film in a space between the nanorods of at least the first organic thin film (3) crystallizing the infiltrated second organic solution to form a second organic thin film. Through this process, an organic thin film excellent in crystallinity and topology can be obtained.
