titleOfInvention | Antibody that recognizes the ICAM4 on erythroleukemia and use of the antibody |
abstract | The present invention relates to antibodies that specifically bind to ICAM4 (intercellular adhesion molecule 4) and uses thereof, and more particularly to monoclonal antibodies that specifically bind to ICAM4; A composition for diagnosing an autoimmune leukemia comprising the same; Diagnostic kit; A method for detecting an autoimmune leukemia marker using the same; A method of providing information for the diagnosis of leukemia using the same; A composition for treating an autoimmune leukemia comprising the same; And a hybridoma cell producing the same. The monoclonal antibody of the present invention exhibits a high degree of specificity and affinity for ICAM4 expressed in erythroleukemia cells, and thus can be used not only for the diagnosis of leukemia, a type of myeloid leukemia, but also for ICAM4- Antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) of expressing leukemia cells, thereby being useful for the treatment of leukemia. |
