The monoclonal antibody of the present invention exhibits a high degree of specificity and affinity for ICAM4 expressed in erythroleukemia cells, and thus can be used not only for the diagnosis of leukemia, a type of myeloid leukemia, but also for ICAM4- Antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) of expressing leukemia cells, thereby being useful for the treatment of leukemia.
