abstract |
The present invention provides an infrared photodetector and a method of manufacturing the same. The infrared photodetector includes a lower contact layer; A light absorbing layer laminated on the lower contact layer; An upper contact layer stacked on the light absorbing layer; A metal layer that causes surface plasmon resonance and is stacked on the upper contact layer to include a plurality of holes; And a dielectric layer laminated on the metal layer so as to satisfy an antireflection condition with respect to light incident from the outside at a surface plasmon resonance frequency. The dielectric layer is benzocyclobutene (BCB). |
