titleOfInvention Carbon composite material with pitch based carbon fiber, method for manufacturing the same, and carbon roller comprising the same
abstract The present invention relates to a composite carbon material comprising 80 to 90 wt% of graphite powder, 5 to 15 wt% of pitch-based short carbon fibers having a length of 0.1 to 2.0 mm, and 5 to 15 wt% of a binder, The present invention relates to an eco-friendly carbon roller including a carbon material, and more particularly, to a carbon roller produced by manufacturing a composite carbon material by using environmentally friendly pitch-based carbon fibers and molding a composite carbon material by a metal mold. The composite carbon material of the present invention is excellent in mechanical properties such as hardness, strength, density and the like without containing a toxic heavy metal in the human body, and is therefore suitable for carbon materials applied to a carbon roller as a heavy-duty vehicle component.
