titleOfInvention New coumarin derivative and process for preparing the same
abstract The present invention relates to novel coumarin derivatives and processes for their preparation. The coumarin derivative according to the present invention has an excellent solubility in an aqueous solution and the introduction of aminophenylboronic acid into a coumarin mother having fluorescence increases the binding force with the glycated hemoglobin in the blood due to the boronic acid having a high binding force with the glycated hemoglobin, The presence or absence of hemoglobin can be confirmed by selective luminescence and the cognitive ability of glycated hemoglobin can be increased. Therefore, the coumarin derivative according to the present invention has a selective binding force against HbA1c and exhibits fluorescence change before and after binding, and thus can be effectively used as a sensor for detecting HbA1c in blood.
