titleOfInvention | self-assembled nanostructure having Stabilized alpha-helical that can inhibit tumor and method for preparing the thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a self-assembled nanostructure comprising a stabilized multiple alpha-helical structure, which is excellent in thermal stability and resistance to proteolytic enzymes, and can not be easily degraded in vivo. In addition, the alpha-helical fragment of the nanostructure contains an amino acid sequence derived from the p53 protein, thereby inhibiting the interaction between p53 and MDM2, thereby exhibiting a tumor suppressing effect. Such self-assembled nanostructures will contribute significantly to biotechnological and medical research related to proteins and are expected to be highly applicable as useful therapeutic agents and inhibitors. |
